Meet Tiffany.
I’m Tiffany, a clinically informed executive coach. I work with intellectually curious, high-performing people who want more choice in how they live, lead, and relate.
My approach is thoughtful, candid, and highly personal. I bring clinical depth, humor, and a willingness to ask the question we might otherwise talk around. I’m interested in understanding how you see the world, what you’re carrying, and what you want to be different—not fitting you into a predetermined approach.
My background in education and psychotherapy—combined with ongoing study in human development, neuroscience, and contemplative practice—informs a style of work centered on pattern recognition, identity development, and intentional life design.
My clinical training informs how I understand human behavior; our work together is coaching, not clinical treatment. I help you recognize the beliefs, expectations, and patterns influencing your decisions, question what no longer fits, and practice responding in ways that reflect who you are and what matters to you.
My first career was in yoga, so I’m well acquainted with the granola side of life. Mindfulness, meditation, chakras, slacklining—I’ve explored all of it. I even sported a single dreadlock for a solid six months, which feels like something you deserve to know before we work together.

Less living by default. More living by choice.
Throughout my years as a therapist, I became increasingly interested in what helped people turn insight into lasting change. Understanding ourselves matters. Learning to live differently takes practice.
I found myself drawn to the work beyond our conversations: a personalized meditation, an exercise built around a specific pattern, a phone call in a moment that mattered. I’ve always enjoyed drawing outside the lines to create something meaningful for the person in front of me.
These moments of support helped people practice in real time. With that practice came greater confidence and trust in their own ability to navigate their lives. They weren’t simply gaining insight—they were learning to use it independently. Over time, they no longer needed me in the same way.
Tiffany Thomas Coaching grew from the desire to make that personalized integration central to the work.
Today, my approach brings clinical depth, creativity, and individualized support into a coaching relationship. The goal is to help you make more intentional choices about how you live, lead, and relate—and carry that capacity with you long after our work together ends.
